The Response to Inspections. Post-Inspection Action Plan and Guidance
After an inspection, an organisation is required to provide a response to the inspection findings. The nature and extent of the plan will reflect the outcomes of the insepction. If an organisation is required to provide an action plan which describes how the areas of improvement are addressed then this action plan format should be used.
