Inspection and Improvement Dissemination Conferences - Key Messages from Chief Inspectors Report 2004-2006

The Chief Inspector for the Education and Training Inspectorate, Marion Matchett will be hosting a number of conferences in the upcoming weeks to highlight the main messages from her report on education, training and youth provision in Northern Ireland (2004-2006).

The conferences will be of special interest to those who work in the organisations that are inspected and will outline the key recurring themes, the strengths, areas for improvements and challenges that affect the education, training and youth sectors. Conferences are to be held in Limavady, Bangor, Enniskillen, Lisburn, Newry and Ballymena and are free of charge. The conferences will begin at 4.00 pm and finish at approximately 5.45 pm. The dates and venues are as follows:

Wednesday 24 October 2007:Radisson Roe Hotel, Limavady

Monday 12 November 2007:Clandeboye Lodge, Bangor

Tuesday 13 November 2007:Killyhevlin Hotel, Enniskillen

Thursday 15 November 2007:Lagan Valley Island Centre, Lisburn

Thursday 22 November 2007:Ross Park Hotel, Kells, Ballymena
