Summary
The Inspectorate is committed to openness and transparency in all of its work, and to improving the service we provide for our customers and stakeholders. To these ends the Inspectorate has published a range of documents such as A Charter for Inspection, The Common Framework for Inspection, The Procedure for Responding to Comments, Enquiries, Compliments or Complaints, as well as leaflets designed to explain the inspection process to all those involved. In these documents the Inspectorate identifies the quality of service which can be expected, and outlines the values and standards.
