In publishing the Customer Service Standards, the Education and Training Inspectorate (ETI) is indicating further its continued commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service in the inspection process within and across the education, youth and training sectors in Northern Ireland. The standards are designed to provide information for our customers and stakeholders on the standards of service you can expect from ETI and Inspection Services Team.
