MoU between the ETI and the Department for the Economy (DfE)

The memorandum sets out a framework for co-operation between the ETI and DfE. It is intended to clarify the respective roles of ETI and DfE and, while it is not a statutory or contractually enforceable document, ETI and DfE agree to abide by its terms.
