This report is based on an inspection of Springvale Learning and a sample of the subcontractors’ provision. The inspection took place over two phases. Phase one (April 2009) involved three inspectors for three days, and focused on leadership and management. Phase two (November 2009) involved a team of eight inspectors for a further three days.
