The work of ETI was assessed against the criteria of the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Award at the end of October 2022. The external assessment has confirmed that ETI is meeting all aspects of the CSE Standard and has been re-accredited CSE status for another 12 months.

The Chief Inspector, Faustina Graham, reflects on the achievement:
“The success of this assessment belongs to everyone who has helped us to bring about the many recent changes in how we go about our work.
“I thank everyone who has worked with us throughout the last year to assist us in continually improving our inspection services. Learners are better served as a direct consequence of your help and support.
“We will continue to build on this achievement.”
