ETI publishes a Skills Insights Report on ApprenticeshipsNI in Children’s Care, Learning and Development

This Skills Insights Report highlights ETI’s inspection findings relating to ApprenticeshipsNI provision for the professional and technical area of Children’s Care, Learning and Development (CCLD).
The report draws together the inspection findings relating to CCLD apprenticeship provision from four training provider organisation inspections, over the period November 2023 to March 2025, along with findings from CCLD subject specialist visits to three training provider organisations and two further education colleges during March 2025. It sets out what is working well in the apprenticeship provision for CCLD and identifies areas where further work is needed to help ensure the provision meets better the needs of apprentices, employers and the wider economy.
