This Skills Insights Report highlights ETI’s inspection findings relating to ApprenticeshipsNI provision for the professional and technical area of construction (carpentry and joinery).
The report draws together the professional and technical area inspection findings for construction from inspections of training provider organisations, over the period November 2023 to March 2025, along with specialist visits to training organisations and further education colleges during April 2025. It sets out what is working well in the apprenticeship provision for carpentry and joinery and identifies areas where further work is needed to help ensure the provision meets better the needs of apprentices, employers and the wider economy.
