West Belfast Partnership Board's 'Transition to Nursery, and from Nursery to Year 1' Project
With the interests of the children at the heart, this Project focused on developing important communication and relationships between parents, pre-school providers and primary schools. The work undertaken helped ensure a smooth transition from the home to Nursery, and from Nursery to Year 1 where the needs of the child could be met in a timely, individualised and proactive manner.
